This California Privacy Rights Notice supplements the information contained in our Privacy Policy and applies solely to California residents. How We Use Your Personal Information
We use the categories of personal information listed above for the following business and commercial purposes:

- Facilitating funds verification between buyers and sellers

How We Disclose Your Personal Information

We do not share your actual account balance, bank name, or account details with sellers. Failed verification attempts are not disclosed to sellers.
- Business Partners: Partners with whom we jointly offer products or services.
- Analytics Providers: Third parties that help us analyze how users interact with our Services.
- Advertising Networks: Companies that serve advertisements across the internet.
Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
ProofBadge does not sell your personal information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes, and we never will. We do not monetize your data by selling it to advertisers or data brokers.
Under the broad definitions in the CCPA/CPRA, certain data sharing activities (such as sharing data with advertising partners for targeted advertising) may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. Minors Under 16
We do not knowingly collect, sell, or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
California “Shine the Light” Law
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents who have an established business relationship with us may request information about how we share their personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
